Very Rare Signed Maison Charles Lamp in Dore Bronze c 1970

I love this lamp with its stunning leaf and timeless bronze metal shade. I bought it in an auction where there was fierce bidding for all things Charles-especially this piece with its very rare white marble base. Its rich, bronze metalic tone adds the perfect depth and warmth to a room. Its classic design is one you will have forever, adds a lovely history to your space, and will easily match with your interiors.

The Charles name is synonymous with style and glamour and all of their pieces are beyond divine. Not only do Maison Charles Lamps become the focus of a room but they are coveted by designers around the world and increase in value year after year. Maison Charles was founded in 1908 by Ernest Charles and specialises in the reproduction of antique lighting and bronze casting.

This is another divine example of Maison Charles’ wonderful lamps. This particular leaf design is not often seen on the market so when I saw it in Paris I had to have it. High-end designers around the world covet these lamps and this one is sure to be amazing investment considering its rarity. It would be wonderful in an entryway to make a fabulous first impression.
